Considering the averments made in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b), (c) and (d). Time for payment of 'Bhatta' is extended by a period of four weeks from today. It is, however, made clear that in case 'Bhatta' is not paid and the respondents are not served within a period of four weeks from today, the restored petition shall stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
