Heard Mr Pai, learned advocate for the petitioners. After arguing for some time, the learned advocate for the petitioners seek liberty to withdraw the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, learned advocate for the petitioner has given the same in writing and the same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification and the same is accepted. Learned advocate for the petitioners submit that the suit is pending since 2009, the same to be heard as early as possible.

Considering the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, the following order is passed. Pg 1 of 2

(c) Hearing of Regular Civil Suit No. 122 of 2009 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Indapur, District - Pune is expedited. This Court expects that the Trial Court to decide R.C.S. No. 122 of 2009 as early as possible and in any case on or before 31st December, 2018;

(d) All parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
