Heard. The petitioner submits that he has moved an application under Section 40 sub-clause (2) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act against five members of the Gram Panchayat, Pimpalgaon Mor, Taluka - Igatpuri, District - Nashik on 14/7/2015. The President has, so far, not passed final orders on the said application. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 submits that the President had issued notices to the parties. Some of the parties have appeared and some are yet to appear. It is stated that the President would pass final orders within two months on its own merits.

We direct the respondent no.2 - President, Zilla Parishad, Nashik to pass appropriate final orders on the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within two months. 4.
Needless to mention that the President to comply with the principles of natural justice and pass appropriate orders after going through the concerned record. In case the President finds that certain members are not cooperating in the decision making process, then President may proceed to pass order on the available record. It is clarified that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the matter. 5.
With the aforesaid direction, petition is disposed of. 6.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 to communicate this order to the respondent no.2 - President, Zilla Parishad, Nashik.
