The petition is misconceived as the application made by the petitioner under sub-section (1) of section 48 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is still pending. This petition is based on the apprehension that the said application is likely to be dismissed. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
