Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for State.

This is an application for condonation of delay in fling application seeking leave to appeal. The learned Counsel for the respondent No. 1 has fairly submits that he has no objection to condone the delay of 57 days. In view of this and in view of the grounds stated in paragraphs 3 and 4, the delay of 57 days deserves to be condoned. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The application is disposed of accordingly.
