Keeping option open to the complainant to return of stridhan property, in my opinion, applicant deserves to be released on bail in Crime No.398 of 2021 registered with Kasarwadawali Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC, as the parties are at loggerheads after marriage since 2013. The matrimonial proceedings are pending since 2017.

In the event of arrest in Crime No.398 of 2021 registered with Kasarwadawali Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC, applicant is directed to be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of Rs.10,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. BGP.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating officer from 27th December, 2021 to 30th December, 2021 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed. 4.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.
