H.M.P.No.222 of 2016 shall remain with the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vasai.

4.

The papers which have been transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dindoshi, Mumbai, shall once again be transferred from that Court to the Court of Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Vasai. 5.

The Court of Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Vasai, shall dispose off H.M.P.No.222 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of this order. 6.

The Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vasai shall not grant any adjournment/s to the parties unless absolutely necessary. The parties too shall not ssp 1/2

If any interim application is made by either side, the same shall be decided by the Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Vasai, within a period of four weeks from the date of its presentation.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 9.

The Misc. Civil Application is accordingly disposed off. 10.
