Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 69/2018 registered with Vadgaon Maval Police Station, Pune for offence punishable under sections 307, 326, 141, 143, 147, 149, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The involvement of the applicant is inferred based on a fact that main accused Ashok has disclosed the involvement of the applicant. Statement of co-accused can be considered in
2 28.2534.18 ba.doc investigation only, that too for inferring involvement of the applicant co-accused. The charge-sheet in the matter including that of Test Identification Parade does not prima facie reveal the involvement of the applicant. Apart from above there are no criminal antecedents. As such applicant deserves to be released on bail. Hence, following order:
(A) Applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 69/2018 registered with Vadgaon Maval Police Station, Pune on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.
(B) Applicant shall not influence the witnesses or tamper with evidence.
Application stands disposed of.
