Considering the nature of accusations levelled in the subject C.R. in which the applicant is apprehending her arrest, learned A.P.P., on instructions, states that the Investigating Officer shall issue notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. within 7 days.

Upon receipt of the notice, the applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer within seven days thereafter. 2.

Upon her appearance, the Investigating Officer shall follow the mandate set out under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. and shall record reasons in writing, in case, he comes to the conclusion that the arrest is necessary. Before effecting the M.M.Salgaonkar
