This is an Application for condonation of delay of 132 days in filling the Application for leave to appeal.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 vehemently opposed the Application. He submits that in case the Court is inclined to allow the present Application, the Applicant may be saddled with cost.

Perused the Application. I am satisfied that the present Application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice, however, subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be paid to the State Legal Aid Fund. The said costs to be deposited within two weeks from today.
