By a reasoned Order dated 12.10.2017, the Applicant was granted interim relief.

Perused the charge-sheet.

It prima facie appears from record that, it is the brother of the Applicant namely Altamas Manzor Ansari who was instrumental in preparing bogus Election Card and Aadhar Card which were used by other accused while procuring mobile numbers from Telecom companies in fictitious names. The record further indicates that the Officers from the Telephone Service providing Company have been granted pre-arrest bail by the learned Sessions Judge. Prima Facie it appears that except finding of the machinery used in manufacturing and/or preparing the said bogus documents in the house which Sneha Chavan 1/2

16 aba 1815-17=.doc the Applicant is sharing along with co-accused Altmas Ansari, no other specific role is attributed by the present Applicant. It, prima facie appears that the Applicant has been impleaded in the present crime on the ground that the said machinery is found in the house of the Applicant which is jointly owned by him with his brother Altamaz Ansari.

In view of the above, the Applicant deserves to be protected by the prearrest bail. Interim relief granted by an Order dated 12.10.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) Sneha Chavan 2/2
