1] The Petition challenges the order dated 30th July, 2015, thereby passing an order setting aside the various actions taken by the Petitioners-management against the Respondent Nos.3 to 11. A perusal of the order passed by this Court dated 6th December, 2013, in Writ Petition No.11818 of 2012, it revealed that this Court had directed the Education Officer to consider the grievance of each of the aforesaid Respondents and the action taken by the Petitioners-management after considering the entire material. A perusal of the impugned order would reveal that the Respondent - Deputy Director after considering the case has passed the BGP.

orders with regard to the grievances of the contesting Respondents. This Court does not inclined to intefere in the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
