Learned advocate for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition. It is submitted that the petitioners are residents of New Delhi. The proceedings are due for hearing before Trial Court on 15th June 2022. The Trial Court has kept the matter for framing charge. The petitioners are willing to appear before the Trial Court on 15th June 2022 to enable the Court to proceed with framing of charge.

Learned counsel for petitioner further submit that since the petitioners are from New Delhi, directions be given to the Trial Court to proceed with the matter expeditiously. The proceedings are pending before Trial Court since 2016.

In view of the submission, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The petitioners may appear before the Trial Court on
