This petition challenges the order dated 14 October 2015 by which a document has been marked in the course of evidence by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Mumbai. The evidentiary value of document is yet to be examined and will be considered at the appropriate stage by the Assistant Charity Commissioner. Further, if the Petitioner is indeed aggrieved by any final decision that the Assistant Charity Commissioner may make, there are provisions of appeal, where this issue can always be agitated. Therefore, leaving all contentions of all parties open to be raised at an appropriate stage. This petition is dismissed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
