Since this Court was not inclined to grant prayer on merit, learned counsel for the petitionerS on instructions from the petitioners who are present in the Court and identifed by the learned counsel, made a motion for withdrawal of petitions. Petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn.

However, in the interest of justice, it is worth to observe that in all these trials of which transfer is sought, the Sessions Court shall grant adjournment of 3 weeks so as to enable the petitioners to take further steps including that of change of counsel.
