Learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions fairly states that he is more interested in decision in the suit rather than contesting this Petition. He however made a request for expediting the suit.

The request appears to be reasonable. The Special 1/2

22. wp 12642-16.doc Civil Suit is of the year 2015. In this view of the matter, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. However, the trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing of Special Civil Suit No. 130 of 2015. The trial Court is requested to hear the suit expeditiously, preferably within a period of 18 months from today. 5.

It is made clear that the parties shall not seek unnecessary adjournments and will co-operate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the suit.

Subject to above observations, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
