Shri Shivaji Masal, learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner states that by order dated 19th April, 2018 passed in Company Petition No. 33 of 2016, the Respondent-Company was ordered to be wound up and Official Liquidator has been appointed as Liquidator of the Respondent-Company. Therefore, he seeks liberty to withdraw the Petition with further liberty to file his claim before the Official Liquidator.

The Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
