Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction to the Sessions Court, Malegaon, District - Nasik, to decide the Bail Application of the Petitioner filed by him on 31.05.2016, being Exh.4 in S.C.No.66 of 2016, within a time frame.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner
WP 3759-16.doc states that the Application has been pending for the last 5-6 months and that there is no progress. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has been languishing in jail since his arrest i.e. 24.02.2016.

Learned APP has no objection, if the hearing of the said Application is expedited. 5.
Accordingly, the Petition is allowed & disposed of. The learned Sessions Judge to decide the Bail Application of the Applicant as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
