We are inclined to dispose of the present Petitions by directing Respondent No.2 to decide the pending proposals dated 9 November 2012 of Petitioner No.1 in each Petition, as according to the Petitioners other similarly placed teachers like the Petitioners under the same proposal have already been granted approval.

Respondent No.2 to decide the same expeditiously and preferably within twelve weeks from today.

Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
