The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that this appeal was preferred against an ad-interim order dated 4th October, 2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane. In the intervening period the application for interim injunction came to be finally decided and the order passed therein is assailed in another Appeal from Order No.238 of 2023.
