On hearing the Petitioner and the learned AGP we are inclined to dispose of this Petition as the Petitioner's representation dated 9th March 2016 to release dues of her late husband Deepak Raoji Ingole by Vidyalankar College was pending. The present Petition itself is not maintainable against the private party. 2.

Therefore, we are granting liberty to the Petitioner to file additional representation and or documents, if any, within one week. 1/2
