The Applicant states that he is the present Secretary of Morya Shikshan Sanstha. He has taken out the above Civil Application to represent the said Morya Shikshan Sanstha as its Secretary. The Advocate appearing for the original Respondent No.1 states that the Applicant is indeed the Secretary of Morya Shikshan Sanstha and that she can be treated as party Respondent No.3 in the above Writ Petition. In view thereof, the Applicant shall now be treated as party Respondent No.3

Advocate Mrs.S.S. Gokhale states that she be allowed to withdraw the appearance filed by her for the Respondent No.1. The statement is accepted. Mr. Thorat shall file appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1 within one week from today.

The Learned Advocates appearing for the parties have now tendered Consent Terms. They submit that the Consent Terms be taken on record and the above Writ Petition be disposed off in terms of the Consent Terms. In view thereof, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the parties and/or their Advocates. The undertakings recorded in the Consent Terms are accepted. The above Writ Petition is disposed off in terms of Consent Terms marked "X'
