Heard learned counsel for the parties. This is an application by Respondent in the above Civil Revision Application (original Plaintiff/ Landlord) for fixing early date of hearing. It is submitted that the Applicant is about 75 years of age. Documents in support of the age claim are produced on record.

Considering the age, nature of the dispute involving concurrent finding of the facts in favour of the Applicant/Landlord and further considering that the revision is pending for last 12 years and subject matter suit is filed is in the year 1995, it is just and necessary to expedite the hearing of the revision application.
