By this Application, the Applicant seeks re-call of the order dated 17.06.2016 passed in Cri.Appln.No.778 of 2015, by which his Application came to be dismissed, as the Applicant had failed to comply with the conditional order.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed. The order dated 17.06.2016 in Cri.Appln.No.778 of 2015 is re-called. Cri.Appln.No.778 of 2015 is restored to its original file. The delay, if any, is condoned. The Cri.Appln.No.778 of 2015 to be listed under the caption "For Admission" on 25.11.2016. To be tagged alongwith Cri.Appln.No.779 of 2016 which is due on 25.11.2016.
