Learned APP placed on record report dated 25th April 2017 made by the Senior Inspector of Police, Agripada Police Station. The report shows that Daliya Herzl Bhonkar has gone to Israel. She left Mumbai on 17th August 2016. CDR report also confirms that Daliya is at Israel.
