The applicants are facing prosecution under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

The learned counsel for both the parties submit that the parties have 1/3

settled the matter and have no grievance against each other. They have produced the consent terms dated 26.02.2019. Applicant No.2 on behalf of applicant No.1 and the authorized representative of respondent No.2/ original complainant have signed the said consent terms along with their respective advocates. The undertaking given in the consent terms is accepted. The consent terms is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 1. The identity of the parties is verified by the Court Sheristedar. 3.

The learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that when the complaint was filed, the name of respondent No.2 company was S.I. Group India Ltd., which is now working under the name and style of S.I. Group India Pvt. Limited.

In view of the said consent terms, this Criminal Revision Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The applicants are acquitted from Case No. 6244/SS/2012.

Respondent No.2 -S.I. Group India Pvt. Limited is allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs. 20 lacs, as mentioned in para 7 (ii) of the said consent terms.

In view of above, Criminal Applications do not survive and the same are accordingly disposed of.
