At the request of learned advocate for the applicant the matter is taken on board for urgent orders. By this Civil Application, the applicant is seeking expeditious hearing of First Appeal No. 644 of 2013 on the ground that the applicant is senior citizen.

Considering the submissions made by the learned advocate for the applicant and as the applicant is senior citizen, we are satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for following order.

p4.caf.1950.2015.doc (a) Hearing of First Appeal No.664 of 2013 is expedited; (b) The applicant to file a private paper book with a copy to the other side within six weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court;

(c) The Registry is directed to call R & P immediately, if it is not received;

(d) Registry is directed to place First Appeal No. 664 of 2013 on the board of final hearing as per its turn in the list of senior citizens;
