By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent no.3 to registered the FIR. Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP, on instructions from the officer, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that the preliminary inquiry into the complaint is already made and the outcome of the inquiry will be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week from today. Statement is accepted.
