Family Court, Pune of which transfer is sought will be immediately withdrawn by him. He further submits that an order to that effect can also be passed in the present Application. 2) As such, statement made by the Respondent-Husband is accepted.

34.38.22 mca.doc 3) Application taken out by the Respondent-Husband for dissolution of marriage under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act being PA-1411 of 2021 is ordered to be disposed of as withdrawn. As a consequence of above, present Application stands disposed of as infructuous.
