Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The only prayer made in the petition is for expediting hearing of the revision application filed by the Petitioner on 30th September, 2019 before the Hon'ble Minister.

The learned AGP, on instructions, states that the revisional authority shall decide the revision application within a period of 8 weeks. The statement so made, is accepted.

The petition is disposed of, directing the revisional authority to decide the revision application filed by the Petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from date of the appearance of the parties. Parties shall appear before the revisional authority on 24th February, 2020 at 3.00 p.m. Rival contentions of the parties, on merits, are left open. Sd/- C. V. BHADANG, J.
