The learned APP on instructions submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 28.10.2015 and 5.12.2015 the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and has joined the process of investigation. She on instructions further submitted that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. In view of the above, the interim relief granted by order dated 28.10.2015 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called, for the purpose of investigation between 10.00 a.m. to 2.00p.m. till the filing of the charge sheet. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
