4] Learned counsel for the Applicant-Insurance Company submits that, the Applicant-Insurance Company would be depositing the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of six weeks from today.

5] Hence, the stay is granted to the execution of the 'Decree', subject to deposit of the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of six weeks from today, failing which the stay to 504 CAF 393 OF 2017 1/2

stand automatically vacated without any further reference to the Court.

6] The amount of Rs.25,000/- which is deposited as a statutory deposit in this Court be transferred to the concerned Tribunal.

7] Civil Application is disposed off.
