This petition is filed for quashing FIR/C.R. No. 419 of 2021 registered with Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, District Thane.

In light of this statement, it is not necessary to keep the petition pending and is accordingly disposed of. Depending on further orders passed on the report, the Petitioner would have his remedies under the Code of Criminal Procedure.
