Mr. Ponda, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner having taken instructions from his client seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the notice dated 20th October 2015, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-A to the petition, before the appellate authority in New Delhi. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.

In order to enable the Petitioner to approach the appellate authority, the impugned notice, i.e., notice dated 20th October 2015, issued by the Deputy Director of Enforcement shall not be acted upon and the Respondents shall not take possession of the patilsr 1 / 2

cars mentioned in the said notice for the period of four weeks from today. This protection is subject to the Petitioner's not creating third party interests in the said cars.

Needless to state that this Court has not at all gone into merits of the matter.
