1] The petitioner has complained about the alleged inaction on part of respondent No.1 - Malegaon Municipal Corporation in having notices Annexures - B and C. 2] Counsel for the petitioner pointed out that under such notices, the Corporation had directed one Shetkari Sahakari Sangh Ltd not to use the basement of building for commercial purposes. Learned Counsel for the petitioner was unable to state as to the present condition of the property in question and whether the remaining construction has been completed or not. We also notice that said Shetkari Sahakari Sangh Ltd is Dinesh Sherla 1/2

22-cwp-11347-14.doc not joined as a respondent. The petitioner has no connection with the lan d or the proposed construction in question. For such reasons, the prayers of the petitioner cannot be granted. 3] The petition is disposed of accordingly.
