When the matter is called out in the morning session, the petitioner and his Counsel remained absent. Even in the afternoon sessions, no one else turned up on behalf of petitioner. Learned Counsel for the respondent is present. The petitioner agitated the validity and propriety of the order passed by the learned Family Court long back on 12.12.2009 in regard to the access of minor child. The petition is pending since year 2010. The petitioner did not take efforts to pursue the matter for its finality on merit. In view of lackadaisical attitude on the part of petitioner, there is no propriety to keep the present petition alive for further process.
