Since the appellant could not avail of the bail granted to him, the amount of bail has already been reduced by me to Rs.5000/-. However, by this application, the appellant prays that he be released on his executing a person bond. 3.
Mr.Ovalekar, the learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant would undertake to remain present before this Court on the next date i.e. 20/11/2015, when the appeal is likely to be taken up for final hearing.
