We are informed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the application for discharge in RCC No. 185 of 2012 filed by the Petitioner is pending before the concerned Court since the year 2011. If that be so, we direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sangli to hear and decide the said discharge application, latest by 30th September 2018. With the directions as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
