As per the Consent Terms Respondent has consented to transfer of Divorce Petition and Domestic Violence case pending at Nashik to Family Court, Bandra and Metropolitan Magistrate, Bandra.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Applicant and in view of Consent Terms filed before the Mediator, the Application is allowed.
