After arguing this matter for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, Ms. Khan, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application. Leave granted.

Ms. Khan, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant requested that as the Applicant is behind bars from 27.01.2022, liberty may be granted to the Applicant to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of ten months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
