Interim Application is accordingly allowed. Civil Application No. 196 of 2022 is restored to file as against Respondent No.3. 5.

Issue notice to the Respondents in Civil Application No. 196 of 2022, returnable on 29 September 2023.

In addition to the Court notice, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondents by Registered A.D./ Speed Post/ Email and file affidavit of service.

Reply affidavit to Civil Application No. 196 of 2022, if any, to be filed before the next date.

Reply affidavit will also deal with the contention of the Applicant that the Original Appellants have not adhered to the interim order passed in this Appeal.
