This is an application for condonation of 23 days in filing application for leave to appeal for challenging acquittal of respondent Nos.1 and 2 of the offence punishable under Section 398 of the Mumbai Provincial Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 recored by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Solapur. Heard both sides. Perused the averments made in the application. The learned Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 argued that those averments does not constitute sufficient cause in condoning the delay.
