2] The limited grievance of the Petitioners is that though the approval is granted to the services of the Petitioners in the light of the judgment dated 10th July 2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8587 of 2016 with connected Writ Petitions still salaries and arrears are not yet paid to the Petitioners. 3] We therefore make rule absolute by directing the Respondent - Deputy Director of Education to start paying salaries of the Petitioners from the month of November 2018 and clear all arrears to which the Petitioners are entitled from the date of appointment as approved till the month of October 2018 within a period of six months from today.
