Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.189 of 2018 registered with the R.A.K. Marg Police Station, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 420, 406, 323, 504 and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code and under

2/3 Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3.

It is not in dispute that the applicant has been reporting to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station, as directed by this Court vide order dated 1st October, 2018. The order granting interim protection to the applicant is a detailed order. 4.

Considering the aforesaid, the interim protection granted vide order dated 1st October, 2018, is confirmed. The application is accordingly allowed and the applicant is granted pre-arrest bail on the following terms and conditions :

ORDER

(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one or two sureties in the like amount ;

(ii) The applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station, as and when called;

3/3 (iii) The applicant shall not contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case;

(iv) The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency. 5.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
