The Applicants have filed this Application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, apprehending their arrest in Crime No. 794 of 2019 registered

24. ABA 2166-2019.doc with the Bandra Police Station, Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 504 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 03.10.2019, this Court ( Coram : Revati Mohite Dere, J. ) had granted interim protection to the Applicants with direction to report to the investigating officer of the concerned police station on the dates specified in the order. Learned APP submits that the Applicants have complied with the conditions of the interim bail order and that the investigation is concluded and charge-sheet has been filed. He states that the Applicants have been granted regular bail by the learned JMFC, Bandra, Mumbai. The Application is, therefore, rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of. 3.

In view of disposal of the Anticipatory Bail Application, the Intervention Application No. 01 of 2019 does not survive and the same stands disposed of accordingly. ( SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J. )
