P.C. :- The Civil Application No.447 of 2015 is taken out for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. Perused the Application. Heard learned counsel for the parties. The learned counsel for the Applicant states that pursuant to the direction of this Court issued on 15.04.2015, the applicant has deposited part of the decretal amount. Considering the facts and circumstances, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Place the Appeal along with the Application for stay on board on 14.06.2016.
