Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.
The Writ Petition No.3171 of 2014 is filed for quashing of FIR No.I-130 of 2014 registered with Kamothe Police Station, Navi Mumbai. The Criminal Writ Petition No.4340 of 2014 is filed for transfer of investigation of this case to the EOW, Mumbai. 3.
During the pendency of the above writ petitions, the police completed the investigation. Mrs. Mhatre, learned APP having taken instructions from Mr. Adgale, P.I., Kamothe Police Station, Navi Mumbai, makes a statement that the Police would file 'B' summary report before the concerned Magistrate. 4.
In view of the statement of learned APP as stated above, the grievance of the petitioner in Writ Petition No.3171 of 2014 will no more survive. The petitioner in Writ Petition No.4340 of 2014 is entitled to file pursis before the concerned Magistrate. Hence, Writ Petition No.4340 of 2014 also does not survive.
