Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the State, we are of the opinion that this Petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Solapur to decide the representations/proposals dated 25th June, 2015 Exhibit-L filed by Respondent No.5 (Copy of which is annexed at Exhibits-L to the Petition), if not already decided, as 1/2

Till the Petitioner's claim is decided, the Respondent State is directed to maintain the status-quo as it exists today in respect of Post of Petitioner.
