The Interim Application is taken out for condonation of delay of 153 days in filing the Criminal Revision Application. 2.

In the Criminal Revision Application, the challenge is to the legality and validity of the order dated 2nd February 2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangli in Criminal Appeal No. 124 of 2019.

The Revision Application has been filed on or about 29th November 2021. Due to Covid pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 till 28th
