Heard Mr.Rajesh Maravoor, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Nazia S.A.Shaikh, learned counsel for respondents no.32 to 34.

Mr.Maravoor seeks permission to withdraw this Petition on the ground that the controversy between the parties is settled in terms of the Consent Terms filed in Special Civil Suit no. 42 of 2009 before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune. He has tendered photocopy of the Consent Terms which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Maravoor, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Order accordingly.
